Case Studies

From 0 to thousands of clients in less than 2 years: how we helped one plaintiff-side firm grow.

Swigart Law group was established in 2019 in San Diego, California.

Pallas' team has helped Swigart Law Group build their case load from 0 to thousands of clients in less than 2 years.

Our initial strategy was to present the firm in the most appropriate and favorable way for its size and newness. We have positioned the firm as a "family-operated business" highlighting the individual approach to every case and every client which large firms couldn't offer.

Our team has helped the firm obtain its very first class-action case through our referral network.

We further contributed to class actions and mass arbitration campaigns by:

  • Identifying and suggesting case ideas;
  • Studying the market and competitor advertising activities;
  • Providing effective and prompt advertising solutions that allowed Swigart Law acquire a variety of class action clients and attracted attention of larger firms that simply couldn't compete with Pallas in case acquisition speed and targeted approach;
  • In addition, we have delivered thousands of mass arbitration leads at a price point that is almost impossible to beat.

During the time with the firm, Pallas has also designed and executed 2 complex wildfire campaigns:

  • Calimesa fire mass tort campaign which was related to a mobile park fire in Calimesa, Riverside County resulting from a trash disposal company's negligence
  • 2020 Oregon wildfires caused by a utility company.
  • Both wildfire campaigns were extremely competitive but Pallas team was able to secure a large number of clients in both cases.

Finally, Pallas has built significant social media engagement and following for the firm. Over several moth of active brand building, SLG began to receive daily calls and messages via their organic social media channels.
